The digital signature enables your partners to be sure that your e-mail has reached them unaltered, and that it does in fact come from your company. As a result your e-mails are also clearly distinguished from SPAM or phishing e-mails.

The TC Team Certificate is a certificate on which the name of the company and the e-mail address of the team are entered; i.e. the certificate confirms that the team or the sender's address belong to the company. In this way it is also possible to receive incoming encrypted e-mails; for this the senders simply need the public key of the certificate.

Trust Level

You have a choice: TC Team Certificate is available in two trust levels – class 2 and class 3. In the case of class 2, the certificate details are checked by means of documents such as an extract from the register of companies and a copy of the team leader's ID card or passport. In the case of class 3, on the other hand, personal identification of the team leader is required before the certificate is issued.

Certificate Registration and Issuance

It's easy to apply for a TC Team Certificate online. After your successful application you will receive an e-mail containing detailed instructions about the documents that will be needed for verification. If you decide on a class 3 certificate, with confirmation of personal identity you will be sent the necessary documents.

As soon as we have received and checked all the documents, we will issue you the Team Certificate. You will then receive this by e-mail, along with information about how to proceed with the installation of your certificate. You will be notified before the certificate's period of validity expires, so that you can apply for a follow-up certificate in good time.

Please note: to enroll online for a certificate it is required to generate a key pair on your PC locally. Therefore JavaScript has to be enabled. In case of using MS Internet Explorer make sure browser options are set to allow ActiveX controls.

TC Team Certificate is payable by Visa, MasterCard and American Expess. In addition, you can pay per invoice if the billing address is a European address.
